A little practice, kept well.
Tiecount is an independent Wrestling practice companion. It includes 36 movement studies arranged as a curriculum, 12 editable boards, a timer, a journal and portable backups.
How to use the movement studies
Our rigged 3-D human models show authored solo movements with camera, phase and speed controls. They are rehearsal cues for techniques you have learned with a qualified coach. They cannot show every joint angle, assess your form or determine what is appropriate for you.
The practice chain organizes familiar solo movement. It does not prescribe takedowns against resistance, match scoring or competition rules.
