Get back to practice.
Make your first session
Open Sessions, choose a plan, then adjust its work, rest and repeat values. Save the plan if you want it in your personal library. Start this session opens the full timer. Press Start round when ready.
Pause and recover
Press Space while the player is focused, or use Pause. Switching away pauses the session. Reopening the page restores your last saved elapsed time in a paused state; up to five seconds of recent work can be lost on an abrupt crash. Visit the player to resume.
Move to another device
In Settings, export a complete backup, copy it to the other device and restore it there. Restoring replaces the destination browser's current data after confirmation. Keep a backup of both devices first if needed.
Two tabs open?
If another tab saves a newer version, this tab pauses changes to prevent overwriting it. Export this tab if needed, then reload to use the newer save.
Offline or sound trouble
Load the site once and allow caching to finish. Keep it visible during a round. The whistle is off by default and needs a user gesture to begin; optional spoken cues depend on the voices provided by your device. The clock and written cues remain available without sound.
Limits
Up to 30 blocks per session, 100 saved plans, 500 journal entries and 16 custom sequence beats. A backup can be up to 2 MB. No automatic cross-device synchronization is provided.
